Founder, Managing Director
Liz Zonneveld Peetoom has over eight years of experience in influencer marketing & talent management.
Together with Sara, she successfully led Content Icons for over six years guiding top talent in building sustainable, long-term careers. Following the acquisition by ACE Agency, Liz became Managing Director and partner.
Liz brings her love and passion for the craft now to a more personal and focused approach.
Founder, Strategic partner
Sara Rottenberg is an entrepreneur and investor, based in New York City. She founded Content Icons, which was successfully acquired by ACE Agency in 2022.
Known for her sharp commercial instinct and strategic vision, Sara remains involved at an advisory level within Ad-Venture Studios. Alongside her work in media, Sara runs a New York–based real estate business. She is also the founder of her own foundation and an active investor across multiple sectors.
Co-founder, CFO
Jeroen Holthaus is an entrepreneur and finance professional. In 2011, he founded Holthaus Advies, a financial administration and tax advisory firm. HA grew to 1,200 clients and 45 employees. In 2022, Jeroen sold HA to multinational ETL.
Jeroen was also involved as a co-founder of Content Icons, an influencer agency. Content Icons was sold to Ace in 2022. Since then, Jeroen has focused on Corporate Finance and has managed more than twenty acquisitions.
Co-founder, Talent Director
Ruby is a marketing professional with over eight years of experience in brand strategy, e-commerce, advertising, and talent management. She built and scaled an independent advertising agency, driving the growth of multiple brands.
Today, Ruby focuses on building and scaling creator careers. Known for her strategic mindset and deep passion for digital culture, she guides creators turning creativity and influence into sustainable brands and long-term growth.
